Review: Zoeva Cocoa Blend Palette

Hey guys, I hope you're having an awesome day so far. I'm very excited to share this post with you today - we all love Zoeva for their makeup brushes, in fact, they're my all time favourites and I could go on and on about how much I adore their brushes but today I wanted to focus on their makeup offerings. I was extremely lucky to receive their Cocoa Blend Eyeshadow Palette* to review and *spoiler* it's amazing.

The Zoeva Cocoa Blend Eyeshadow Palette* is, of course, a neutrals lovers dream, and the 10 shades have actually been inspired by warm truffle colours, delicate nougat shades and shimmery marzipan tones for a seductive glamour makeup. The brown and gold packaging reminds me of the wrapping of a luxurious chocolate bar and I think this would make an incredible Christmas present. I was very impressed with the quality of the eyeshadows, they feel incredibly smooth and buttery, as well as being highly pigmented. All of the eyeshadows blend out perfectly,  and you could create so many different looks with this palette. From a subtle natural look to a deep intense smoke eye - this palette offers something for everyone.

This palette contains 10 eyeshadow with rather warm undertones and various finishes. 4 matte, 5 iridescent and 1 glittery shade. Bitterstart is a warm, matte ivory shade which is perfect to highlight your brow bone or the inner corners. It can also be used as a base colour which I did in the photo. Sweeter End is a soft, shimmery mauve with a metallic finish. I've used this eyeshadow on top of Bitterstart. Warm Notes is the most beautiful, warm and rich red brown that gleams golden in certain lights. If you enjoy MAC Cranberry eyeshadow this will be right up your street. Subtle Blend is a gorgeous warm, golden brown with a metallic finish. I used this shade in my crease. Beans are White is an almost black, deep brown matte eyeshadow.

Next up we have the shade Pure Ganache, which is a bright, golden bronze colour with a metallic finish. Substitute for Love is a matte, mid-toned orangey colour, I used this shade in my crease for this look. Freshly Toasted is a slightly red toned, deep brown colour that's perfect for deepening the crease. Infuion is a very dark brown shade with golden glitter. It looks super sparkly and pretty once applied on the eyes and I think this is the perfect shade for a deep smoky eye. Delicate Acidity is a very pretty purple, mauve colour. It looks so nice on top of a purple cream eyeshadow and perfect for a smoky evening look.

I think we can all agree that the Zoeva Cocoa Blend Eyeshadow Palette is the perfect palette for your everyday makeup. The variety of shades makes it quite versatile, as you can achieve a lot of different looks with it. At just 17,50€ this palette is a complete bargain and I cannot recommend this beauty enough. I'm excited to try out their other eyeshadow palettes. If you have yet to try their eyeshadows for yourself, I highly recommend giving this one a shot.

Have you tried this palette before?
