Winter Blushin'

When I was younger I never even looked twice at a blusher, I always thought it looked weird on my skin and I just didn't really get on with it. Nowadays, applying blusher is one of my favourite steps when it comes to makeup. I realized how much of a difference a sweep of blush can make, it really warms up your complexion and adds a beautiful glow to the cheeks. So today were talking about some of my favourite blushers for Winter.

The blush I'm currently obsessed with is one of the Urban Decay Afterlight Blushers in the shade Fetish. This is such a beautiful, natural pink colour - perfect for everyday use. I highly recommend checking out their blushers. Another brand I absolutely love when it comes to blush is Nars, so the next product on my favourites list is Nars Orgasm. It is a lovely peachy shade with a lot of gold shimmer and it is nicely pigmented. I really like the way it looks on my face. It is a very flattering shade that gives my face a bit of colour and a nice glow. Next up we have Nars Sin, a gorgeous berry shade with gold shimmer. Although, the golden shimmer is hardly noticeable on the cheeks. I think Orgasm gives off a lot more shimmer than Sin. This blush is extremely pigmented, so you need to be very light-handed with it. This is more of a cool-toned blush but I think this color can work well on both warm and cool skin tones.

Finally, we have my newest addition to the 'blush' family - the Artdeco Beauty Highlighter from their recent Christmas collection. Now, this is technically a highlighter but I still wanted to include this beauty in this post because it is that beautiful. Highlighters give dull winter skin such a radiant glow and I absolutely love how glittery and sparkly this one is. Perfect for a Christmassy makeup look.

I hope you guys enjoyed this post and let me know what your favourite blush is.
