My first semester is finally coming to an end and I'm practically avoiding my planner because I know I have a lot of papers and finals coming up. Exam Anxiety always creeps up around the beginning of January when my deadlines are at their peak - I will be the happiest girl in the world  once this semester is over. In the meantime, I've decided to make a Feel Good Playlist on Spotify that I can listen to whenever I feel too stressed out. Music is one of the best ways to relieve a bad mood, I find that it helps me to turn down the stress and pump up the good vibes. So, I always try and make a new playlist that will have me radiating nothing but happiness by the last track.
